During the workshop in Johannesburg, the consultant also facilitated a one day session on developing a Theory of Change for SAT and assisted with finalizing the revised strategy.
Following the approval of the revised strategy, the consultant was contracted to support 5 country offices with developing/updating their country strategies: Botswana, Malawi, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. The consultant ensured these strategies used a similar format, while respecting the individual country approaches and were aligned with the overall SAT strategy.
