We adhere to a code of conduct and support a global movement to eliminate racism in development cooperation. We hold that there is a responsibility for higher-income countries to support lower-income countries towards achieving the right to health and development for all, leaving no one behind. International cooperation needs to be based on sovereign equality and mutual respect.
